Hello I have installed the latest river from the net (canon site) and the cd which has the software eos viewerutility with the driver of my canon mk2, I am using the phase pro version on windows. I have tried on 2 computers and I keep getting the same results when I connect the camera - your camera does not support the eos capture - even tough the connection is there because a folder opens

  Please make sure that you are using Capture One 3.7.1 PRO
