Capture One - Exceeded Activation Limit

    The Phase One License Policy has always been:
    1 License = 1 User = 2 Activations
    As you've seen, we've always been quite lenient with activations in the past and allowed several more than the 2.
    This policy has been abused extensively and with the release of Capture One 3.7 it was decided it was time to stringently enforce the License Policy. Sad to say a few Abusers have affected the Honest users.

    Capture One PRO will allow 2 activations. As an H25 owner you are entitled to the DB version with up to 10 Activations. If you purchased an upgraded package with your Hback of Capture One PRO, this will allow 2 activations only.

    The best way for you to handle this is to go to http://support.phaseone.com/
    and Create a Support Case. Provide your web login for your Profile and your Product Keys. This issue must be handled internally to check all databases available.

    I'm new to C1 Pro and stumbled across this on my first forum visit. For example I have an activation on my main machine and one on my notebook and do an upgrade of my main machine. Am I forced then to buy another license of C1 Pro?
