Local adjustment presets?

Is there a way to make a preset for use on an adjustment layer?

For example, eye enhancement for a portrait. Maybe it would be some combination of exposure, a curve for contrast, sharpening and clarity. You would create an adjustment layer and pick this preset to get started.

    This was something I was hoping for in 8, but I haven't tried in 9

    There is way to copy adjustment layer from image to image but not save it as preset.
    A dirty workaround that perfectly works for me I have keyword saying BaseSettings which indicates image that setting can be used as preset. I do collect those. And then copy presets from that. But yes this is ugly, but works perfect.
