Capture One info not being seen in Bridge

Hi I recently (this morning) purchased a copy of C1 8 and am going through the usual newbie crisis. Here's my most recent problem. I downloaded some RAW files and worked on one in C1. Fine so far and that's what I've previously done in Lightroom. Now I want to do additional work to the file in Photoshop. With Lightroom I would just close LR, open up Bridge and then go to the folder that contained the worked-on RAW files. There I would see star ratings and of course the exposure/colour and other changes that I made to files. When I tried that with C1 Bridge does not reflect those changes or ratings. Over the year's I've resisted the use of "Export to" in LR as it creates a file (Tiff, psd, whatever, that I don't want) so I'm trying to avoid that with C1. So how do I get the XMP info from C1 over to Bridge?
