Media pro activation issue
I am having serious problems with media pro asking me to activate repeatedly. Besides wasting my time, this worries me because I don’t know if this counts against my 3 activations, and Media Pro is an essential part of my toolkit,
In the most recent instance, I was attempting to restart my computer. After Effects crashed and generated a dialog asking me whether to report it or restart after effects.At the same time media pro generated a modal dialog asking me whether I wanted to save an open catalog.
After I dismissed the AE dialog, Media Pro got into a locked state where the modal dialog could not be. Answered or dismissed. I had to force quit media pro and reboot — when I restarted media pro got asked me to activate.
