Move images from one Session to another?

I would like to move images from one session to another. Is this possible and how?

    From within Capture One you can easily move images by selecting and dragging them to another folder in the Library tool. All adjustments and previews move with the image files.

    The target folder may be in another session's folder or not.

    I hope this question is still being monitored, but I have a follow up question. I am reorganizing my images/sessions etc as when I started using C1 I didn't really have a good organizational structure. I have moved several images from one session into another folder in the Library which worked just fine. Now I want to delete the old session database file. if I do that will I screw anything up?
