Upgrage windows 4 to Mac 5?

I presently have Phase one 4 for windows and have gone to Mac. Can I upgrade my windows 4 to Mac 5? If so how?

    Buy an upgrade to Capture One 5. From CO4 onwards, licenses are cross-platform so you don't need to worry about Win or Mac.
