anyone using Affinity as a plugin?

    I think I lasted about 10 minutes with it. Wasn't intuitive enough compared to Photoshop.. didn't realise they did a plug-in for CaptureOne though!

    It's not a plug in as such afaik. More the option to jump out of C1 and fire up Affinity for editing doing something that C1 does not attempt to do.

    I have Affinity but hardly ever open it.

    I don't use photoshop so I wouldn't know...not sure it is a plugin for C1 as I'm not getting too far with it

    If you enable Aero on the machine, does it work?

    I assume you are trying out the "Edit With" option?

    Grant - My machine is old and I am leery of aero...I don't want to try it but I did find a workaround - just open Affinity before I use edit with in C1 & it works. My interest is in the single image tone mapping - it seems different than standard HDR presets.
