Capture One Pro 4.5 on Vista x64 Doesn't see P45

Hello,
I tried filling out the support form on the website but keep getting an error.
I am trying to get the P45 to work in Capture One 4.5 in Vista x64 but it doesn't see the back.
Please help and the answer better not be that you don't support Vista x64.

    P45 is not yet supported in Vista (MAC and XP yes)

    They should change their system requirements to reflect what is supported on what OS. This is very disappointing.
    First we can't run C1Pro on our fastest machine which is a PowerPC G5 so I wanted to test on our fastest Windows machine which is Vista x64.

    With all the time that was spent developing this you would think at the very least their own camera backs would work with any system matching the system requirements.

    It's just the P30 and P45 that is not supported in Vista. But anyhow... frustrating, yes.

    I am ready to believe that it is not Vista but the fact that you have a 64-bit version that is causing the problem. Tethering with CO 4.x on Windows XP or Vista x64 is not working.

    The answer is that Capture One and tethering Drivers are 32bit applications. Applications of course can be translated in a 64bit OS, Drivers however cannot, this is why tethering currently does not work.

    Well I hope you are working on x64 drivers for your PhaseOne backs. Your software on MAC only supports the absolute latest technology but on PC you don't support x64 which is the way things are going. With Adobe releasing Lightroom and Photoshop for x64 now I can finally use more than 4gb ram in Photoshop etc. Please fully support x64 for your hardware.
