Setting Context Menu Failure
Just to check out the facility, I just tried to enable the Explorer context menu from the Preferences/General Tab, and get the following error: -
Toggle Explorer context menu failed: System.NullReferenceException: Objext reference not set to an instance of an object. at P1.C1.Framework.RegistryManager.ToggleExplorerContextMenu(Boolean ArgEnable).
Anyone come across and know a fix for this?

Using Win 7 if I make that change the system asks if I want to allow Windows to run a program to make changes (presumably to a registry setting).
"Yes" works fine, no error.
That said I'm not sure what is supposed to change in terms of the UI.0 -

Hi there, yes, actually I am sure this used to work when I installed C1 a month ago on my new Win 10 Pro system, but something has gone amiss. It is not so important, but just looking to see if anyone else happened to have come across this error. Perhaps some registry setting I can enter/clear.
Thank you so much for your reply.0 -
Same problem here. Context menu when clicking on a folder with pics is gone. When I try to activate it in the options
of C1, the following erros message is shown:
Capture one P1.C1.Framework.RegistryManager.ToggleExplorerContextMenu(Boolean argEnable)
Maybe due to one of the latest Windows 10 updates?

Ahh, thank you. I should update this post with the solution. Just reinstalled the software, and all is back to normal... 0
