media reader

I can't get the media reader to trasfer files, all it does is open capture one can anybody help.

    rocetron, The Phase One media reader complies with a DCIM files structure standard. When any device that is plugged contains folders and files within a DCIM folder it will offer to import the data. Make sure your card has created this folder. The CF card must also be formated MS-DOS.
    And lastly, make sure that the Media Reader is checked Enabled... bottom of display will be a Capture1 logo, Right Click to be sure.
