Tech Support Catch22
I have an open case with Tech Support. Very impressed with the responsiveness, but ...
When I tried to log in to the support page from the link in the latest status update notification email it would not recognise my password. Eventually I gave in and clicked on the link to reset the P/W. The login responded with Unable to reset please contact tech support. Which of course takes us right back to the beginning - I can't do that because it won't recognise or permit reset of the password and advises I contact tech support and .....
Other than paying for an international phone call to Denmark, any suggestions?
Edit: And the ultimate irony is that the User Name and Password to be able to post here are the same as the ones to access Tech Support.

Are you using the English version of a website or a different language? If different language, switch to English first. I once had problems with it. But it is also annoying that they don't just have a support system that supports email. 0 -
Similar problem(s) here.
There must be something wrong with the server. Not only with tech support. 'My Pages' login doesn't work, download page tells me 'Server Error' and 'Try again later.'. I am trying since yesterday morning, but without success (from Germany, OS language is English, using Linux and Mac OS).
Hope to see them back online, soon.

EDIT: 'Preferences' - 'Check for Updates' fails, too. Time and Date for last successful check are not updated.0 -
Same here. First stumbled upon this when trying to reactivate C1P due to a hardware update, which attempted to have me create a new profile, which in turned failed due to an HTTP error 503. I then tried to log into the PO site and experienced exactly the same as described by the thread opener. Evidently, I too can still log into the forums. 0 -
I just found a non working part on the website and wanted to report it to whoever takes care of the PhaseOne website. There doesn't even be a simple contact form where you can send them a message. 😕
Only option seems to be the technical support where you need all those hard- and software related details.
Even more absurd when you go to https://www.phaseone.com/en/FooterMenu/Contact-us.aspx.
So, there is Phase One PR in the US for press contacts and when you click on contact you get the same form with only 3 options: 'technical support', 'payment issues' or 'profile on phaseone.com'. I guess the press can't reach them either.0
