Brushing in Highlight/Shadow Recovery

As far as I can tell, in C1 7.2.2 you can't brush in (or assign to a mask/layer) High Dynamic Range, Curve, or Levels. Is that correct?

Is there a list somewhere of what you can and can't use in a Layer?

  Q1: Yes, that is correct
  Q2: You can find all tools for use in layers in the Local Adjustments tool tab

  Is that something that is planned to be expanded in future versions (yes I'm asking, Keith 😜)? Having brush-able layers is great, but it's currently very limited in terms of the scope of what you can actually use them for. Thanks!

  My current workaround is to export two versions into Photoshop as layers and then brush in a mask.
