keeping keywords in Media Pro on uploads to stock agencies
Is there any way to keep the keyword annotations, created in Media Pro during the process of uploading to stock agencies, so the annotations remain with the image?
I am uploading images to Alamy and after passing quality control, the images are then accepted by Alamy for annotations.
All annotations created in Media Pro have disappeared, only the capture date is still present after the upload.
It seems not very practical to me, to have images annotated twice in this process
Any hints are much welcome

You have to push that info back to the originals. Any info entered into media pro catalogs stays within the catalog. It does not add the data to the original file until you Export Annotations.
Here is the path....
Action - Export Annotations

(click photo for entire image, not sure why it cropped it!)
Action-Import Annotations will bring metadata from the image file into your catalog. Data that was added from outside Media Pro.
Good luck and test this with a folder of image copies. Just to make sure that it is what you want and that it works.
