Unable to create output file error

Hello,
I am trying version 3.78 of capture one and when i try to convert a batch of raw images, the process will stop and i will get the error message "Unable to create output file". i click on the error message and click the batch icon and the conversion will continue. it might stop once more or continue. i will then convert the file that it would not convert and it will process with no error.

does anyone have any ideas.
