Leica Digilux 3 files not seen in Capture One V4

Hello,

I'm giving Capture One V4 a try and trying to compare it with LR.

I'm unable to import/view Leica RAW files. Nikon NEF files are no problem but I use both.

I have no problem opening/viewing in LR

This could be a newbie missing something.

Any thoughts?

  Brian,
  No problem with import or opening Leica Digilux 3 raw file. Could the file perhaps be read-only (from CD) or something?

  Must be something on this end.
  
  I'm using XP Pro SP2.
  
  I'm an audio engineer for my living and I have noticed that the files from Leica show up in the Explorer with the file type as "Raw PCM audio file" for some reason.
  
  It may be an audio app that is "forcing" the file format. NEFs don't have this problem either
  
  I'm pretty sure this is what is causing the problem.
  
  Though LR and iView open the files just fine.
