Fuji raf open ACR

If i develop Fuji raf-file 8bit tif it still open acr-converter in Photoshop CC.
What i do wrong?

Use 'Edit with' ... not 'Open with'. Edit with will let you choose the file format, Open with will pass the RAF file.

Where i can change it?
File- Edit with and open with i can not change it and process recipe "open with"i have none.
