Key Word Import

I had used Lightroom to maintain my catalog but had always been impressed by EM2. It didn't look like Microsoft was ever going to do anything with it so I did my raw conversions in C1 and cataloging in LR. I can export a text file of hierarchical keywords but I can not find a way to import them into EM2. I have searched the forum here and there is some threads on keywords but nothing that covers this that I can see. There must be a way of exporting and importing your keywords.

EM2 can import & export keywords (and other annotations) in XML format. Can LR export in XML format?

Can also export (but not import) annotations in text files.

In LR, assign all your keywords to one image, save the metadata to the file, then import it into EM.
