rendering fails

Hi,

since the last update, MediaPro (iMac core5, OSX latest version) isn't rendering all the files sent to the catalogue. There is no system recognizable, the problem occurs with jpegs as well as with tiffs.
That is demotivating ....

    I am experiencing the same problem with a fresh install of the latest version on a new PC running W7 (trial version). The more I rebuild items, the more black slides I get (mainly nef files optimized with C1). I stopped using Media Pro for a while (and Capture 1) because on my other (main) PC (W7 pro) I could not even open the Views Options panel, which made the software useless of course. I've just opened a support case for this last problem, but now I see that I can post a 2nd one... Very frustrating.
    I do not like very much Lightroom, even if LR4 is improved, colors in C1 are so much better, and I want to return to C1, but if we do not have Media Pro working OK along C1, it becomes very difficult to use in a pro workflow.
    Please hear us and work on it, C1 needs Media Pro absolutely.

    Hi there,

    I am experiencing same problems plus all possible crashes, non syncing info and, who tells, anything. I am so pissed off that I´ll give up from using MP and probably C1, but, my question is, how do you magane/arrange your files in the future?

    I was also very unsatisfied with MP for my digital photo files (RAW, DNG, JPG). Meanwhile I use MP only for my general media file collection (images, video, audio, fonts, other files). Together with the FastPictureViewerCodec it works very good.

    I considered also leaving CaptureOne, but I am not at all happy with most alternatives including Lightroom. But I tried IDimager together with CaptureOne and surprisingly this combination works really perfect. IDI and C1 from different companies work much much better, flexible and stable than MP and C1 from one SW company.

    Thanks for the advice. I just downloaded IDI trial version and try to find time to make test runs.
