Your post isn't asking for a reply, but I'll do it nevertheless.

When it comes to batch work, I have had great headaches, doing something as simple as copying and pasting adjustments has disorganized all my work since it takes the cuttings of the source image and applies them regardless of whether the other photos have cuts in all . This is sometimes, because in some occasions he applied the adjustments to some if and not to others. For that reason I end up applying the individual corrections to each photo, which takes a lot of time.
    ...

Simply go to the adjustments clipboard and unselect the adjustments you don't want to paste. It auto-selects all adjustments you changed from default.
You can also paste unchanged values by selecting them. Sometimes handy for things like white balance.

When I wanted to export, I have not managed in any way to reset the counter for each export, keeping correlated no matter what I do.
    ...

CO adds a number to the exported image if that image file already exists, to prevent overwriting. I'm not sure if that's what you mean. But that's not an export counter.

I started using Capture One tired of the slowness and bugs of Adobe Lightroom,

    Same here.

When starting the program starts loading the photos one by one, do not show them to all input, as if reading each file before showing it. With sessions of up to 10,000 to start working is already a waste of time

Humm the largest session I have worked with so far is only 400 or so images but it was way faster than LR at examining the images. I even recently, thanks to tips from here, viewed four images at at time zoomed to 100% to pick the ones with the best focus. The software was faster than me. I never waited long enough to notice for anything. Admittedly not working with 10 000 images at once but I wouldn't want to 😊

Personally I use the Quick Local Copy and Apply (https://help.phaseone.com/en/CO11/Optim ... aspx#item3) method since I find it the most understandable and you can see things happen to make sure you are getting what you want.

Re setting of counters is covered here.

I have to admit I have not figured out number on import yet. In LR I had a catalogue wide number that incremented for each file imported that I used in the file name. I cannot replicate that in C1. I kinda forgot about figuring it out since it was lower priority than other things. I should revisit that...

Unfortunately C1P leaves me with a bitter taste, because now when exporting the catalogs to LR I will have a whole month of work behind.

I hope that someone will serve my experience and not have to regret the loss of time.

That is too bad. I personally am very happy with the switch.

C1 could use a previous button 😊 BUT like LR it takes all the previous settings checked
I have a post company and did a lot of weddings in C1 along with shooting my own so was editing about 400 weddings a year most with over 1000 images to edit with about 4000 total culled down

shot weddings for 15 years and used C1 since the day it came out and LR for many of my post clients
I do think everyones work flow is dif

whats tough is the copy paste to next is both great control and a bit clunky in C1 again needs a previous button ?
also I prefer the way LR you are in mid view on the thumbs so you can see what is coming next

C1 IMHO does need a strong computer and my new build compared to my previous is insane fast so that is also a issue but LR is a dog no matter what and the output most know is not the same SO what to try if you can get another 30 days extension

I setup a macro button on my mouse and on a X keys I have to go to the next image but it wil copy the settings and then paste the setting so macro is like "copy setting move to next paste" and another button just copies and moves so if I know I am working on a set I can use the one button and it moves to the next and pastes it for me OR like LR I can move to the next and just hit the one button to paste the previous

I think many get into C1 and try to use it like LR adjusting the exposure and settings down the line one thing for weddings I found works insanely well is the auto levels set to Red Green and Blue as individual often doing wb 😊 its more for getting base look down quickly sometimes I will see if its to bright to just bring the exposure up a touch hit the auto then bring exp back down and then paste that setting across the group

lightroom for many does seem quicker to do mass production but once you learn some tricks C1 can be quicker as the base profile and look is so much better and the levels in C1 IMHO are superior and under used by most or not used at all

    hope this helps someone 😊

Try using something like Photo Mechanic to load your 10000 photos for sorting and selection. I find that far better than doing that through cp1, even with my usual sessions which are much smaller. Once you do that, than load your keepers into cp1. I understand photo journalists use pm for this and they shoot a ton.

I'm using C1 and MP side by side when culling, the stars rating is updated between them, almost real-time.

Edit, I'm currently testin if FastRawViewer fits in my work flow.

Don't use catalogues, instead switch to using a session. Then just point C1 at the folder you want to edit. (cull using PM or BreezeBrowser)
