PO5 upgrades transfer to PO6?

I had 4 "upgrades" left on PO5 and upgraded to PO6, however now shows zero upgrades. Are the upgrade credits transferable to the next ver?

    If you had 4 Upgrades left, why did you purchase an upgrade to 6?

    If you simply activated Capture One 6, then the limit of the key's upgrades ended at 6.
