Strange geometric patterns with Sony A7R
Hello everybody,
while working on raw files from my sony a7r in capture one I noticed a strange geometric pattern on flat surfaces like the sky. It is noticeable at 100% and becomes really evident at 200%. The issue becomes a problem when the file is then worked on Photoshop because it gets strong moire pattern formed over the geometric pattern in the raw file. The same raw file opened in Adobe Camera Raw without any regulation doesn't show any of that pattern. I attach a screen shot of the image in capture one.
Anyone noticed the same thing?
Here you see the raw with default settings, putting unsharp mask to 0 helps but you still get the pattern.

Please create a support case and be sure to include the raw. 0 -
Thanks for the quick answer!
I've already created it, number 155444. I've uploaded the jpeg file now, of course I can also send the raw file.0 -

They will absolutely need the raw file. Something is going wrong with the raw data or the raw decoding (seems likely the 2nd given that it opens fine elsewhere). They need the raw to figure out what.0
