Basically, you can't solve that. Capture One was not designed that way. What you look at in the browser and viewer of Capture One is a preview created on first opening plus adjustments you made with Capture One. Obviously this works great for raw files, but not for RGB files that are post-processed in a image editor.

There are many other tools you can use as a picture browser.

    thanks

what is interesting is that is my workflow is

Capture folder>Photoshop>output folder. Then the image is shown as edited.
however if my work flow is
Capture folder>output folder> photoshop. The image never updates

The previous versions of C1 never had this problem. It is a real pain. The only way to check to the work is to drag it into Photoshop. Clients don't like it.s. It looks unprofessional, rather not have launch yet another piece of software just to view final images.

You can quickly view your final work with your client through Finder's QuickLook feature, with Preview, or iPhoto, to name a few standard Mac options. They all have slideshow features. Since you have Photoshop, you also have Bridge to name another option which has a slideshow feature as well.
