What's the worst job on earth?
I really feel sorry for the poor fella from Phase One who has to come on this forum and defend this "upgrade". Very much like being in charge of customer relations on the Titantic I suppose.
The analogy is not by accident. Arrogance sunk the Titantic, and arrogance is currently sinking Phase One. I do hope they see the light before it's too late, but how many times have we seen good companies sink under the weight of incompetant management. Very sad.

I agree - It's unfortunate and rather sad.
I'd hate to be anyone between PO's hoards of irate customers right now and whomever is responsible for the debacle that's ensuing. Whether it's marketing, management or anyone else (apparently) clueless as to what makes software "work" (well), it's still the front line guys and gals who have to take the heat.
