Oddity: Caps lock for tools tabs instead of shift?

For example, Press Shift+R repeatedly to toggle between rotate tools... or leave caps lock on and just toggle through with R. No other program I can think of does this. Is this right?

    Dunno if this is right but I noticed this behavior as well some time (and some versions) ago. It works within CO4 for all cursor tools that share a specific character like 'r' for the rotation tool, as well as for v, h, z, l and a for their respective tools. I found CO4 from day one rather well filled with these kind of easter egg like features, which are by definition (of easter eggs) non-documented. 😉
