workfiles before V3.5

I'm currently using V3.7.4. Recently I opened raw files from two years ago which had previously been developed with C1 V1.3. Even though the older .work files were in the proper previews folder, V3.7.4 did not recognize them and any of the old adjustments that I've made. I have processed thousands of images prior to V3.5 so I don't want to lose the hundreds of hours spent on them. What are the solutions or work arounds? I saw that there was once a conversion utlility for download but the link no onger works.

  The conversion is built into program.

  We never did get a Support Case from this customer, so we don't know if this did work for them or they just gave up and re-adjusted.
  
  Please try these methods. If no success, then please do Create a Support Case.

  Will this work for work files generated in versions before 3.5 such as 1.3? It did not seem to work for me as V3.7.4 created new work files without any of the adjustments that was made before. And I made sure that the old workfiles were in the current preview cache directory.
