importing rescued images, NIkon D100

I have rescued .nef files from my D100 CF card but C1 Pro does not see the files on the disk I burned them to, nor to a folder of them on my desktop. I loaded them back onto a blank CF card but C1Pro does not see any images there either. How can I get C1 to process these rescued .nef files?

Iview Pro does see them and can open them.

    My suggestion is to create a support case and attach a file to it at http://support.phaseone.com where we can take a look at the file and see why this problem occurs.
    iView might be able to read the embedded preview in the RAW file while the RAW file sector might be damaged.
