Catalog on iCloud Drive: anyone tried ?
As many of us I use both a desktop (Mac mini) and a laptop (MBP Retina). The two use C1 10 on El Capitan (at the moment).
I use catalogs with reference files and thought I could maybe switch from desktop to laptop by storing the C1 catalog files on the iCloud Drive — at least to group in albums, add metadata… on the laptop (no need for the original files to be online).
- Does anyone see what problems I could encounter ?
- Has anyone tried it ?
Any feedback will be appreciated (haven't find any info in previous posts).

Henrik,
Have you mapped One drive as a disk or are you synchronising from local folders?

yes I have a folder on my hard drive that gets sync
it takes loooooonnnnggggg time to do the catalog due to all the folders inside the catalog
once there it flyes also all my photos goes there
and one drive is the cheapest on the market plus as a bonus did I get office 365 that I can't do much with when it comes to photos posting.php?mode=reply&f=68&t=25289#0
