Capture One specialists are dormant most of the weekend 😉

My assumptions, not tested: the 30-day trial counter starts from first use and is superseded by activation. When you deactivate after the 30-day period the trial period has expired. A workaround could be installation of a newer version, which often opens a new trial period. So unless you already have the latest (could try a version below that) you could update. Otherwise wait for the next (4.7) release.

Would be interesting to read what Phase One support comes up with.
