Problem with proof profile setting after upgrade to 5.1.2

    Have you uninstalled prior to upgrading?
    Give that a try first and if the issue persists create a support case.

    And did you uninstall before updating as suggested in the post before yours? Same problem might be solved with the same solution.

    Just to give a short update. I have opened a support ticked in the meanwhile which is still under investigation.
    Uninstall and re-install did not really solve the problem. Directly after reinstallation the setting for proof profile is ‘selected output profile’. As soon as I select any entry under proof profile even ‘selected output profile’ itself I have the effect that it switches after closing and reopening to this empty gray entry. Making this change addes to the user.config xml the section:
    <setting name="ProofProfileDisabled" serializeAs="String">
    <value>False</value>
    </setting>
    <setting name="ProofProfile" serializeAs="String">
    <value />
    </setting>
    In my opinion the empty entry in the section of gray profiles is confusing the program but I have no idea where it comes from and how to delete it.

    Please also open a support ticket if your are affected because I already got the reply that the support of Phase One could not recreate the problem and it always helps if other support tickets prove that this is maybe a rare issue but not a single issue.
