rotating image in live capture with Canon EOS Mark III
I'm live tethered to my Mac. I'm using Capture One 5 Pro. I'm shooting a lot of small products for a book. When the live image shows up on my Mac screen, can I crop and freehand rotate the object, slightly, if I need to?

Yes, and if you want to have the crop or freehand rotation caried over to the next image choose "Copy from primary" in Next capture adjustments in the Camera tab. 0 -
Jon:
I downloaded the Try & Buy Capture One 5.1.2 for Mac OS X. I turned on and then attached (tethered) my Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III to my MacBook and then launched Capture One. The camera cannot be found. I even went online and read about going into the system library and tossing away a file called Type8Camera, which I did. What am I doing wrong and is the download trial actual the Pro version?
Please help. I'm bright and understand Macs and cameras and this is driving me nuts. Thank you.0 -
Be sure you're running the PRO mode, without it you cannot tether.
When you launch the software there is a drop down menu next to "Try". Be sure that you are choosing Capture One PRO from the Drop Down Menu.0
