Does Capture One Pro have an SDK ?

I use two RAW processors well maybe three if you include Photoshop ACR/Lightroom but in reality only two (AfterShot Pro and Capture One Pro).

In AfterShot Pro there is a SDK (Software Development Kit) that allows a programmer to produce plugins that do all sorts of additional things. See here for examples http://aftershotpro.com/plugins/index.html

My question is ........ Does Capture One Pro have such additional functionality/capability?
I cant see/find mention of it but maybe I am not reading what I expect to see.

  The Phase One SDK is available as an annual subscription for 2795 USD / 1995 EUR (excl. sales taxes and VAT).
  Kinda expensive if I want to test it but the PDF does provide some information.
  I dont think it allows for adding into Capture Pro the sort of effects that I can do in AfterShot Pro.
