    Eigil,
I am not sure which Camera you are referring to. If it is listed as supported on the release notes, it is in fact supported. If you are referring to the thread above and the individuals conflict with the AMD processor in their machine, then that is a System Specific error and not an issue of Capture One not supporting a specific camera/file.

    Drew, please re-read this thread:

When you have to wait - what is almost one year by now - for a "supported" RAW file (generated by the "supported" Sony Alfa 900) to work properly in C1, I think it's fair to conclude that the file is ACTUALLY NOT SUPPORTED IN REAL LIFE, at least not 100%, which must be the precondition, when you claim "supported".

Let me be the first to admit that I check this forum more often mostly because of Eigil's rants. 😁

Keith, this is the interesting catch 22.
It is when the color of "LOCKED" turns into red, you have got the true attention of the staff.

.. besides the LOCK seems to work nicely for Drew and other staff members.

Apparently Phase One's people around this site don't know what to do to the fact that "supported" cameras are not actually supported, and old support cases without "known ETA" tend to be forgotten:

Staff-members! - you are welcome to perceive the quoted text as a question.

(Wonder if Capture Two is far away..?)

I'm sorry Eigil, but since this is a user to user forum, as a user I would like to point out that probably all users who frequent this forum by now know that the sony alpha 900 is nog supported 100%. Could you please try resting your case, or try other ways to reach Phase One, instead of repeating it here in various threads? Thank you.

    Kind regards, Michel

Absolutely, as soon as I get the product I paid for.
And, Michel, would you please suggest which other ways I should try. My support case is almost one year old, and I have no idea of how to reach Phase One but via Support or this forum.

Of course, I could bomb the Phase One office in Copenhagen, it's not far away, but terrorism is not my style.
Could you consider not to read what I write?

Please lock this thread too - "Groundhog Day" was an overrated movie, and Groundhog Day threads have nothing to recommend them...

Where is your (English) sense of humour. Please review your Monty Python - all of them!
