Need to reactivate C1-pro

I need to reactivate my software after a system crash.
It will not reactivate, and this is perhaps because I have changed email address. I do not have access to the old email (I have closed the domain.)
But I think I should be able to reactivate, as I have paid for the software.......
I have, of course, written to Phase One support, but now almost a week has passed with no response and my client does not understand why he has not received any output.
Phase One: please help me!

You will probably not get any help from Phase One this way.
But, you should still be able to logon to your account on the Phase One website, even if it's with your old email address. There you can activate the software. There, you can also raise a support case for your changed email address.0 -
