Probably a good idea to create a Support Case for this.

This is caused by excessive IR (because of the flare probably). Contact support for a solution.

This appears to much worse in C1 than Camera Raw:

My Canon and Nikon gear would never show these issues when shooting backlit into the sunset?!

I would not expect a $40K camera to not be able to shoot sunset lifestyle?

More examples with 100% view and full image view to show context...

So far response from support was to "change composition or use another lens" Totally unacceptable for this $40k camera system.

    Hello,

we are using an IQ160 and never had such issue. Could it be just a problem in the display? Did you try to actually export the file ?

Eventually, could you provide me the RAW file?

Yep, unacceptable. Especially, if it works with the ACR. Contact them again!

    Take care
