Capture One and Mac Mini

I have been looking at the new Mac Mini, tricked out with i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and Fusion Drive. Tests I've seen show it to be very close to the top of the line iMacs when it comes to Photoshop processing. Is there any reason this would not be the same with Capture One? The weakest thing on this machine is supposed to be the graphics card.
