C1-11 startup javascript errors

anyone else getting these errors during the startup of c1-11?

apparently all 3 of my workstations are experiencing this.

but the error goes away if I use my VPN.

it seems that china has blocked access to these domains.

any idea on how to get ride of them? every time i start c1 I have to click thru around 16 of these windows.
