No options for tethered WB

I'm trying to tether my Nikon D3 but I don't have any of the Camera options on the Capture tab. Most of the documentation I see online shows a prior version of C1, not this current version. The options to Set the White Balance is grayed out. The Camera shows as the Nikon D3, but everything below that is inaccessible. I don't understand how to set my color/exposure variables for the first and subsequent shots...???

  Camera Controls on Capture tab are for Phase One camera only. Move you eye 1 cm (1/2") up, Next Capture Adjustments, Other. How about Copy from Last?
