Is Capture One Pro 8 prepared for Yosemite?
I am willing to officially move to Yosemite today.
Thanks

I would certainly advice against it as Apple hasn't even released it.
Yes, Capture One is being developed for Yosemite but until it's actually finished we have no indication that everything will go smoothly. My suggestion would be to hold off on any OS update until well after Apple has released it and released a service package to address any "teething" conflicts.0 -
While Drew's is obviously the official word - I'm using C1 v8 in OS X 10.10 PB3 now without any problems whatsoever. 0 -
C1 Pro 8 build 433 works perfectly on yosemite and mac pro 2013 but still, as soon I activate the hardware acceleration i get massive color noise for a view second in my preview from RAW and if i develop the raw the final Tiff will be done under a second, so WOW AMAZING Fast, but still with color Noise on the Tiff.
Agreed its still GM 10.10 but just to let you know đ
My config is.
Yosemite OS X 10.10 (14A386a)
Mac Pro late 2013
3,5 GHz 6 Core
64 GB RAM 1866 MHz DDR3 ECC
AMD FirePro D500 3072 MB0 -
i have to apologize i use the "old" one 8.0 and not the 8.01 đ With the latest update 8.0.1 same issue âšī¸
