Version 6.6.2 has appeared on the Phase One downloads page, but is not picked up by automatic or manual update. It does not seem to address any problems relating to Windows memory hogging and application crashes but seems to be aimed at Mac os X bugs.

As I run Windows only, and nothing tethered, I don't see the point yet of downloading it.
I'll wait to see if anyone on Win 7 sees any improvement.0 -
Well, I was curious and gave it a run. Started in on a set of folders with about 70 photos each.
I got the memory usage up to about 1.5G with open CL in "auto", then it crashed - more like locked up as it got stuck trying to focus.0 -
Like you Jim I am waiting to see, so I have not installed it yet.
I still get slow down with 6.2.1 especially with opencl related adjustments such as peripheral exposure lens corrections which after a dozen or so images have a lag of several seconds. Hoping for this kind of thing to improve.
No crashes for me with 6.2.1. but I only process usually 100 or so per import at one go.
Win 7 pro. 64bit 6gb ram i7 9200 -
This version now appears as an auto/manual update. Of interest I should point out that this download is the first one I have ever seen where a login was not asked for to enable the download. 0 -
As I pointed out in another thread, I found some new problems with this new version, so I have gone back to 6.2.1 0
