Request for Support: Catalog will not open
Hi folks at Capture One:
This is a request for technical support. I have a Capture One 8.0 catalog that will not open and causes C1 8 to crash when trying to open it. I can launch C1 8 and open other catalogs but this one.The majority of my images that were referenced in this catalog are (fortunately) located externally, but some of them are contained within the catalog. I'd like to be able to access this catalog and export the images are contained within it. Please help. I've submitted a bug report via your reporting mechanism, but I would like a real response from the team.
