Enhancement Request - Add ability to draw line w/ spot tool

The main reason I cannot do 100% of my editing in C1 and need to use Photoshop is to remove hairs and other linear imperfections in portraits/headshots. I would be over the moon if the spot removal tool was enhanced to allow for me to draw any shape instead of just round.

I know you can do this by creating a clone or heal layer but that is clunky and impractical when I need to heal multiple items in different parts of the image.

    Capture One is best as a raw developeing app. Any retouching beyond the basics is best done with Photoshop. Tools in CO are clumsy and slow.

    In my opinion it would be better if in a single cloning/healing layer we could use different refence/origins per brush stroke. I love the flexibility of being able to draw with the brush (and edit) what i need to clone but creating a layer per every single point to be corrected because is so frustrating... 😂

    I agree, having the ability to clone from multiple different reference points on a single layer would be great.

    Really dislike that I need to export to TIFF and PS and come back again.

    One may add either a "healing", or "clone" layer in the layers dialog. With a tablet and pen, I have no problem making very selective masks. One may alter the mask with either luminescence or color selection.

    I sometimes wonder. Do people ever read the directions before complaining?

    ...Is because Capture One is not a pixel editor, and it's not meant to replace PhotoShop.
