Locate not working between Mac catalog and PC
Hi,
I have an issue that is currently driving me crazy. Having traveled for a while, I used a mac laptop to managed and edit my pictures on capture one. The pictures were in an external hard drive. Now that i'm back, I'm using my desktop, windows PC and capture one.
I can open the Capture one catalog just fine, however, my external hard drive is not shown as connected. So far, no surprise. However, right clicking on the volume and locating the hard drive, showing the proper PC path to the exact same hard drive, doesn't locate anything. It just shows me a new volume, with a random and empty folder in it.
When I locate individual folders, it creates many version of said folder, originally saying they all only contain 2 images. They in fact all contain all the images in that folder.
Lastly, showing hierarchy (which doesn't show originally, when it did on mac) allows me to choose the option to locate a parent folder. Doing so does NOT locate any picture.
I am at loss here. This should be as simple as changing the beginning of the path of each picture from Volume/ to H:/. Am I doing something wrong, or is Capture One that bugged when it comes to catalog?
