Deleted Keywords appear after the next start of CO again
Hi folks, I am using hierarchical keywords, imported from lightroom. After catalogue import they appeared double. In the hierarchical order and flat - thats OK by me for the migration LR > CO.
I am now tying to correct them in the keyword library, by dragging and dropping the flat ones into the hierarchy, where the other one is. CO combines them together thats fine! Additional I am deleting some other keywords.
But after a restart of CO, the flats ones appear again and again in the library, in the filter > keywords tab, they remain correct. 🤬

This is a well known bug, which has been signaled to Phase One.
They say they are working on it.....for some time now.0 -
Thx for the very fast answer. Is there any workaround? 0 -
This also happens if you assigned keywords in Lightroom (or Aperture) to images that Capture One treats as read-only, such as true grayscale or images smaller than 513 pixels. Until they fix this we're stuck. 0 -

Right. But in that case, it's not only the keywords that you can't change or delete 😄0 -
Dear Robert, got it. Looks quite complicates and has maybe a high risk for destroying something in the database.
I have maybe another idea:- Create a new keyword library
- Drag and Drop the used keywords there
- Keep the catalogue keyboard library minimized
Would that work? Are there any problems to expect?
Thanks for your answer in advance.0 -

There is no risk if you create a backup (manually !!!)[quote="just-marc" wrote:

It can not work, because (it was my issue and from some other peoples) some images has a "wrong" keyword references -this can't be resolved without manual "find and delete" this wrong connections. And I believe this is a point why Phase One can't resolve this issue.
I know its not easy for someone without any knowledge of SQL databases.0 -
Fixed with the Last Version. Thank you so much! 0
