Images Processing Darker Than Adjustments

Hello everyone - Thank you for your time. I'm trying to process some NEF files into TIFFS. Unfortunately they keep processing dark. The only way I can get them to process normal is if I do Quickproffs. JPEGS come out dark too. Thank you for your help
