Registration / Profile edit
I am sorry that i write this maybe in the wrong forum but i really dont understand what it is, that i do wrong on the website.
I got a license key with my scandisk card. I registered and thought that everything was ok.
WHen i try to activate the software and fill in the reg. Nr. it asks me for my first name. But when i try to fill in my name, it doesnt work. So i think i will fill in my name by edit the profile. I try to find where i can change my profile but whatever i try I cant do anything because i dont even see the options to change my profile.
I saw the knowledgebase, but i cant click on my name, because it doesnt even display my name. It only give me the option to Logoff and offcourse all other options but nothing to change email, street adress, name etc. I did every step adviced in the knowledge base but i simply dont have these options..
So I cant activate and i used the 30 days.
I tried to reach your helpdesk, then i get an error:
"Error !
The error has been logged and System Administrator has been notified.
We apologize for the inconvenience."
I would appreciate it if i could get this program working because i planned to upgrade to the Pro version. Again, excuses to write here, but i didnt know anywhere else to ask anymore.
