Activation Problem
This morning I purchased a license for Capture LE and when I tried to activate it, after putting in my product code it started trying to open my floppy drive and then after filling in the four lines it asked for (name and address) it said that: "The Activation Key Is Invalid"
I opened up a support ticket and I was told to reinstall LE and try again, if that did not work, to reinstall my OS. I did remove LE and then reinstalled but as far as reinstalling my OS, that's really something I do NOT want to get into. I have had no other problems installing any other software before.
Has anyone else here had this problem and how was it resolved?
If I can't get this fixed, will they take the purchase back off my credit card?

Ok, I reinstalled windows over the old copy and it's now working and I'm activated. 0
