Edit with photoshop Ignore Crop

I have just updated to 12.0.2 from 10. Now "Ignore crop" when using "Edit with Photoshop" always results in a tiff that has the same crop as the Raw file - same as it does when "respect crop" is selected. This is something I have previously had no problem with. Now I have to make an uncrossed variant and export that.
Anyone else experiencing this?

    I've got the same problem with 12.02 on macOS Mojave 10.14.3. I reported it already in January and they replayed it was in the pipelineto fix it, but apparently not a big issue enough to fix it in 12.02.
