I paid in Euros, I think. Of course, UK VAT was added. However, you can get 10% discount if you quote a discount code from a Phase One ambassador. For instance available from Paul Steunebrink here (click red button) or from Alexander Svet here (see code towards the end of his article).

The price for upgrading to C1 11 is quoted as "Starting at EUR / USD 119". Living in the UK that equates to either £106 or £89, at current exchange rates, which is quite a difference. Is there anyone from UK who has upgraded and can tell me if you get a choice of currency for payment.
    Thanks

When selling to private persons worldwide, or companies outside of the EU, Phase One is obliged to charge Danish VAT of 25%. If you have a EU company VAT number, you can get buy without the VAT or get it deducted.

The total cost, however, would depend on the actual exchange rates used on the day and and transaction charges, etc.

(BTW I notice that there is now an upgrade price for V11 from V8. Mentioned for general information to help people like me who habitually visit the posts that discuss upgrade pricing.)

    If you search Google for

    "capture one V11 upgrade uk"

you should find somewhere near the top of the list (after the Phase links and before dpreview when I searched) a UK based site offering an upgrade price in GBP if a sterling price might be something you would prefer.

    HTH.

Nice. Seems to cost 149 USD instead of 119 USD, am I right?
