Issues with exporting image - image completely distorted
Hi, I'm a newbie in photography and photo editing.
When i tried editing a raw image with Capture one Express and export it to JPEG, the image is completely distorted. It's okay if i edit a JPEGand export as JPEG, but not with editting a raw and export to JPEG. What am i doing wrong?

Are you using "Export" or "Process".
Does the image look OK on screen as an edited RAW file before you try to export it?
What are you export (or process recipe) settings?0 -
I'm using "Export Variant".
The image looks ok on screen in Capture One.
Export settings:
Format: JPEG 8 bit
Quality: 100
ICC Profile: tried various
Scale Fixed
Adjustments: Respect Crop and No Output Sharpening0 -
Assuming you have the Preferences set at the default value for Hardware Acceleration (Auto) .... change that to "Never" to see if it makes a difference.
It may be worth re-starting C1 as a precaution.
This is just a useful quick test to see what happens. It may or may not make a difference but needs to be checked.

Thanks Grant!
It's good after changing the Hardware Acceleration to "never"!0 -

OK.
In that case you may want to get C1 to re-assess and re-build the kernel(s) for you GPU(s).
The Windows section of this Knowledge Base article shoudl help with that.

If that does not work as hoped then check for revised drivers for your Graphic Card(s). Do that either through the Computer Manufacturer's support system (if they have one) or directly with the GPU manufacturer or the source of the GPU technology - e.g. nvidia or whoever supplies the base product that the people soldering the GPU card together will rely on for the drivers in use.
Sometime the newest driver releases may not the the best ones to have installed. So if you have the latest and it does not work properly try the most recent driver before the one you have. Go back until you find something that works.
HTH.
